The views are worth it…mostly! :) Course your new boondock site at the upper elevation looked pretty darn awesome! Now that’s one worth fighting the mosquitoes.

Thanks! We found Tetons to be beautiful but it’s hard to compare it with Yellowstone. Yellowstone is so foreign and different from all the other NP we’ve been to.

For that spot, it’s 15 days. There are some other boondock spots at Teton that is only about 5 days though. We were there for a week and it definitely got very full in that time! It is a wonderful spot except the mosquitoes are outrageous once it gets warm!

It’s funny, we often talk of packing you in our suitcase (or basement bay) when we travel. That way, you can explain all the various rock formations and geology of each place we stay. :)

This is when boondocking is totally worth it! I love how beautiful Tetons and Glacier are, Glacier is still our favorite NP after 3 years of traveling. We just did Yellowstone and it’s impressive but I think once was probably enough for us there.

It’s funny, we found Marshall first, then Mike noticed that the rig next to Marshall looked a lot like Kelly’s rig! For some reason, year 3 seems to be our magic number on meeting lots of people we follow.

That is unreal! As an aside, I always think photos of Grand Teton and Glacier are more impressive than Yosemite and Yellowstone… I know that is probably sacrilege, but I just personally find them more appealing. I also think it’s funny that on millions and millions of acres of parkland, you managed to find Kelly and Marshall. That is some crazy, small world stuff.
