My boyfriend and are are 4-months into full-timing. Question: what have you found to be the best way to keep all your ideal destinations organized? We use a custom Google Map but I’m finding it’s not easy to update from mobile and therefore I often even forget it’s there and we miss a lot of cool things in the areas we are in. Would love to know how you organize / track ideal destinations. Thanks!

Debbie, when we get closer to CA, I’ll have to pick your brain on fun things to do there! Sounds like you are pretty familiar with that area. We really liked Charleston. Some parts of Florida was more fun than others…the parts involving our dealer wasn’t as much fun. Hope you stay warm while you make your way south!

Cindy, I’m guessing you and Gray would definitely understand about living together in such a tight space! I have these stray thoughts (especially when it’s cold) of just finding a hotel with a bathtub and staying in it for a few hours. Course I’m sure I’d get some funny looks if I wanted to just rent a hotel for a few hours.

Vicki, that seat is only available if the dogs haven’t already hogged it already! :) I hope you were able to fix the hot water heater element ok since the weather has been so awful recently. It wouldn’t be so fun to be without hot water in these temperatures.

Looks like you and I have the same mindset. I didn’t miss the bathtub so much until this week when the weather really dipped! Hopefully the bruising will stop for you soon too. I STILL have moments when Rover “bites” me but it’s becoming less frequent.

We, like Debbie, are a few months behind you. We are full-timing in the same RV (except we have a different fridge……I like yours better) in NY until December 1st, then head south to Florida. We can’t wait to get to warmer temps. I know what you mean about getting along with your spouse. Thankfully, I like to hike and he likes to bike ride. We get to have “our alone time.” I just realized this week, since we had a big dip in temps, how much I miss my bathtub. That, and the bruising are my main obstacles at this point. Looking forward to your next entry. I love your posts. It’s like you read my mind. LOL

Duly noted!

We just purchased a 2005 Four Winds Hurricane, and I have the PDF of the ’05 Hurricane, so we can do a before/after shot once we get everything loaded up. =)

Love the insights about adjusting to living together in a small space full time. Sometimes it’s hard to appreciate it for the luxury that it is! The Tiffin vs. real world pictures are priceless. I would love to see a series of them for different people’s R.V.s.

The only thing I really really miss is my family and friends. Not really anything else. I’ve been re-reading some of your posts as we are heading to SC & FL. Really looking forward to some new scenery and warmer weather. I think you’ll find once you get to Colorado and west, away from the humidity, you’ll find there are less snakes and bugs! You’ll love CA. So much to do in one state. Lake Tahoe, Shasta, Napa, SF, beaches, Monterey, Redwood trees, Sequoia trees, Yosemite, Gold Country & Hwy 395. And that’s just in the north!
